Years Experience
We’ve been in the industry for years and we have perfected our assessment to give greater insight than our competition.Training
After receiving the assessment, participants take part in either a one or two-day training programme that aims to achieve the following:
- Provide an introduction/ overview to EQ and why it is important to personal and professional development and success;
- Show how EQ is a learnable skill;
- Help participants understand their EQ profile; and
- Assist participants with developing a personal development plan.
Coaching
Following the training, participants work at implementing their individual development plan (the ‘Evolution Solution’) to improve the areas needing attention. This is done in a variety of ways:
- Scheduled coaching sessions using the EvolvEQ Toolkit;
- Additional focussed training sessions;
- Working with colleagues;
- Self-study and research; and
- Practise, practise, practise!
